McDonald's Fountain Gate

Atrocious restaurant. Service takes forever. Rudest, ignorant staff. Every time I've been there the staff just talk among themselves, joke and laugh and ignore the customers waiting at the registers.

On nights that are not busy, like tonight at 1am, the store looked absolutely like a LANDFILL - bins overflowing, tables STACKED with trash and dirty floors. It's like no one wants to clean there. Ever.

I was waiting behind one other car in drive-through for 10 minutes at 1am. There were two customers inside the actual restaurant, so it was most definitely NOT busy. Made me furious and wonder what on earth they're doing in there.

I'll conclude by saying this: This restaurant desperately DESPERATELY needs an overhaul of staff. Get rid of them and find new, competent and polite people to do the job.

Appalling service. Terrible communication between managers. Maybe more training needed in all departments? Last Tuesday after work I ordered a cheeseburger meal. When I arrived home I found i did not receive my full order and the cheeseburger had no meat patty. I rang the store and spoke with a friendly manager. She said she would put my name into a book and i could go in and receive another meal.
When I went to receive the meal my name was not in the book and I was treated as if I was trying to scam macdonalds for a free meal. So upsetting.
